How your job board tracks job applicants who apply through a website link or email

For those job posts that allow applicants to apply via a link or an email, Niceboard has built a tracking feature for employers to identify that the applicant came from your job board.

• For links to a website posting, Niceboard automatically includes query parameters (for url applies) (for example: ?utm_source=jobsforums will be appended to the link so the destination website knows the visitor comes from your site).

• For applicants who apply by email, we include a ([Jobboard name]) mention in the email subject line to indicate the job seeker came from your board.
